Sapphire Have A Wodland Maths Lesson

The children were set the task of building 2D and 3D shapes from sticks. Firstly the children had to collect sticks from around the woodland. They then had to choose what 2D shape they wanted to make. The children needed to work together, helping each other to hold the sticks and tie the string. Once completed, they then had to turn their 2D shape into a 3D shape. This was a real challenge, one that the children worked really hard to achieve. Take a look how we got on.
